Terms & Conditions
The terms we work to on every booking. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book rather than after.
Booking & deposits
We arrange a date and time that works for you. To secure a booking we ask for a £50 deposit for ambient lighting or starlights, or £100 if you are having both fitted.
The deposit holds your slot and comes off the balance on the day. The rest is payable once the work is finished.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will move you to another slot.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the booking deposit being retained.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are our standard rates. Valeting on SUVs carries a £10 supplement, as marked on each plan.
Coding is charged per session. Where a job falls outside a listed service, we will confirm the price with you before any work starts.
Opening hours
We are open 9am to 4pm Sunday to Thursday, closed Friday, and 10am to 3pm Saturday.
Bookings outside these hours are sometimes possible — ask when you get in touch.
